Just go online to www.leagalaid.com

I did my own divorce. It cost me all of $200.00 which is the filing fee in my area. Go to office depot and get a kit. I think they're around $50.00 - fill in forms, file at courthouse. Show up at necessary times.

Try finding a divorce mediator, the process is supposed to be faster and cheaper if she can't get an annulment

most cities have a legal clinic where they let law students get practice in. it is completely legal and an actual lawyer guides them. maybe she should check into something like that.
