At night. It doesn't make sense if you go to bed dirty from the day, right?

BOTH. i can't survive one day with out taking a shower if i don't i just feel dirty and like people is going to notice. No matter what i just have to but that is me if u take a shower only in the morning it is fine if only at night it is fine too we all have our different ways.

I shower or take a bath at night because when you take a bath at night it saves time in the morning when you get ready.
