Elizabeth II is the Queen of the Commonwealth Realms, which include the United Kingdom, Australia, and Canada. She is the figurehead of these countries and is their Head of State, although she holds little power over their governments now. Their governments are usually "self-servicing" only needing her approval and rubber stamp in special circumstances.
