This has never happened to me, however it makes perfect sense to me. Any kind of friction on or around your vaginal area can cause arousal. Then, add the fact that when your "menstrating" your estrogen levels are much higher too! Maybe you could try different brands or a panty-liner instead? XOXO Moon
