can't scroll right when reading email?

Question

I have an Email account with yahoo, and I noticed that I cant scroll to right of screen, disabling me to read the entire e-mail message. Is there a way to make the screen small to either fit the screen so that I can read the entire meor make it so that it scrolls to left/right? It only does this at my home computer, not at my work computer. I have bigger screen at work, so I ssage, can view the entire message.
There is no scroll bar at the bottom.

um.. i tried everything from using view to select smaller text to just clicking on the very edge of the pages.. but nothing works. The verticle scroll bar appears up until I select a specific email. So the verticle scroll bar does exist on the "Inbox" page but not on the individual "message page"

Put your mouse arrow as far to the side as you can until you see an arrow, drag the sreen to make it smaller. Also you can move the page to center it, by getting on the margin top and dragging.

All you have is double click on the scroll bar on the right side of the right side of the screen of press down on the thing on the mouse that will make the page move up and down.

when there is no horizontal scrollbar present put your cursor on the right side of the page just to the left of the vertical scrollbar.

hold down the left mouse button and drag the mouse to the right. this will force the page to scoll left so you can read it. do the opposite to force it back to the left again.

this also works when no vertical scrollbar is visible.

look for setting in mouse software or get a 2 weel mouse(left-right,front-back)
most mouses have the posibility to change the scroll direction
