i don't know about night tim e so much but early mornings vegas there is matlock and the best weather man in the country - John Fredericks and his cute little doggy Jordan

Saturday is the good one.
Simpsons, South Park, Futurama, reruns of Rescue Me, SNL and Frasier.
I know it sounds weird, but these are all fairly entertaining shows to be on in one night - not to mention most of the good movies are shown on Saturday night...unless you're one of those people with friends, this is a pretty good night.
