You can use Windows Xp files & settings transfer wizard, if you have xp.

Go to start -> All Programs -> Accesories -> System Tools -> Files & Settings Transfer Wizard

There are multiple methods to do this. This is often called a User State Migration. we did this a few years ago on about 25,000 PC's here where I work with a great amount of success.

Microsoft has the XP utility that allow XP to XP migration as previously mentioned. There is also a free tool from Microsoft that allows you to Migrate profiles from previous versions of Windows to XP called the USMT - User State Migration Tool.

If you want something simpler that can go from any version to any version of window then you will need some 3rd party software software:

You can save them to a memory stick or a flash drive and just upload them onto the new PC using the USB slot. It works for me.
