What's your favorite "porridge" (meaning food) and do you like left overs?

My favorite food is something that I'm served, prepared by a good chef, in a good restaurant. For some reason, when I cook something myself, I'm not that excited about it. When I have to spend time fiddling with the food, when it's time to eat it, I'm not that excited about it anymore.
And, in said fancy restaurant, I'll lick the plate clean, so no leftovers. I'll eat leftovers at home, but that's just for sustenance- nothing that exciting.

I love many foods and it depends on what the left overs are, if they are meat, then I don't like them.
