im 17 and theres like 2 i guess i would say lumps on the top of my testicles (one on each) the fact that they both have them make me think its normal... is this just where the testicles are connected to my body or should i be concerned?

i think this is normal cause like i said its on both.. i think its called the "epididymis" that the sperm or whatever passes through.. i feel better now

99% of testicular cancer is unilateral (on one side), don't worry about it.

Yes it is the epididymis, and you can feel it not only on top of the testicles but all the way to the bottom, on the back of the testicles.

I think that is were the testicles are connected, but still, you should get that checked, I know that's embarrassing, but it's your health.

You're almost certainly feeling the epidydimis -- normal. cheer up & don't worry.
