Sure it's possible to have them earlier than 2weeks. Depends on you and whether or not you know what you're looking for. If you've ever been preg. before, you'll notice symptoms earlier. (breast soreness, sore muscles in belly, lightheadedness.)You may have some light discharge a week after (implantation).

Early signs of pregnancy:

Spotting
Nausea/vomiting
Headache
Food cravings
Heightened sense of smell
Missed period
Backache
Crampy
Extreme fatigue
Tender/swollen breasts
Frequent trips to the bathroom

These signs can appear as soon as implantation or anytime after, each woman is different! Some women have all of these, some have a few and some women don't have any signs.

I felt the implantation after about a week, but my breasts became incredibly sore pretty much right away so that was the biggest sign for me. I didn't start having morning sickness until about 8 weeks though.

As soon as you have sexual relations without a condom or birth control pills...lol...just kidding, it could take a couple of weeks.
