How or what do you do when you are throwing up?

Well my lil sister is throwing up like pure water and I really dont know what to do.

7-up. The cure for throwing up. No off brands. Real 7-up. You usually throw up one more time and then you are done. Give it to her at room temperature and sip.

Sounds like she has thrown up all her somach contents and there is only bile left. Keep an eye on her and make sure she doesn't dehydrate. Best not to let her eat anything until she hasn't been sick for a minimum of six hours and even then keep it to simple stuff like dry toast. If it carries on get her to a doctor. if she is a baby or toddler get her checked sooner ratehr than later.

Give her some ginger; check out an Asian grocery store and pick up some candied ginger root and give her a piece about the size of your thumb( that's about 1g) have her chew that.

In Chinese Medicine they tell you to control your " qi " by eating foods that normalize your " qi ". Such as radishes, ginger, and citrus fruit peel.
But candied ginger would be my choice!

If your little sister is under the age of 8 give her some crackers or pedialyte to drink, I think that will settle her stomach.

You should lean her forward so she would not choke.And make sure that she feels comfortable.And give her water to drink or gatorade.

give her some ice cubes to suck on to get fluid in her and if that doesn't work go to the hospital and get her on a IV soon
