should put some type of medice in the water cause i never seen it on them when they where younger

Goldfish can change appearances in several various ways - black markings included.
Unless they start acting abnormally, I wouldn't worry to much about the little guys.

Young goldfish are often black and the color changes as they get older to gold or white. Sometimes they do retain some of the black color. Did your goldfish spawn this year? You could have a new generation that still has some black coloring. I have three generations of goldfish in my pond. Some of the second and most of the third generations still have black on them.

Yeah, I have 4 like that. They all got black on them after a while.

It may be a fungus

does it protrude at all? or is it flush with their skin?
