If you're really concerned just mention it to your OBGYN the next time you're in (you're probably at once a week visits by now). I don't think it matters that one leaks and not the other, the fact that one is leaking means your body's ready for that baby! It should resolve itself once your baby is born but if not definately get checked for possible plugged ducts. Don't worry yourself about it too much. Just enjoy your pregnancy (as much as you can) cause once that baby's out your world will be a groggy mess of sloppy diapers, sloppy feedings, and unless you're really lucky, sloppy help from others! Since you're concerned I hope this means you intend to breastfeed your baby. That brings it's own issues as you and your baby learn the "right" way but once you've got the hang of it, you'll love the way it makes you feel!

You're not leaking milk, in fact your milk wont come in until after you have had the baby. You are leaking what is called cholostrum, completely normal in one breast and not in the other. No worries. You will be able to breastfeed fine.
Good luck and congrats.

who knows womens breast do funky things. Dont worry about it till the baby comes most womens milk doesnt come in till after the baby comes. Mine leaked llike crazy before my son was born. I actually got a blocked duct so I had to pump one and breastfeed with the other. Talk to your docotr about it. There will definatly be a solution to the problem so dont worry over it to much! Just relax your gunna be a momma!

No, you will be fine to breast feed. We develop at different rates. One foot is bigger than the other its the same for this one breast has developed faster that's all, your right breast will catch up when the baby is here. Your milk will be all cholesterol at first. Some mother don't start lactating until the baby is born. You are fine stop worrying.

Doesn't mean anything at this point. Just means your left breast is already producing milk. Your other will when it gets ready. Some don't produce until several days after baby is born! So don't worry, your normal.

No, and don't worry about it. These things are normal and they do happen. If it seems like a major problem, just go to your doctor. I really wouldn't worry about it.

It doesn't mean any thing is wrong. Our bodies aren't cemetrical, things happen on one side and not the other all the time. Congrats on your little one!

No you just have a hole on the left side you need to plug. Once you plug it you'll be fine.
