A better question is "why did the Oklahoma coaches make such bad decisions?" If they had gone for TDs, three times, when inside the ten yard line, earlier in the game, then the screw ups would never have happened. You need to look at the WHOLE game before focussing on two incidents at the end. Every single play and call needs to be reviewed before picking out just the ones you want. It does not matter when the call is made, on the first play of the game to the last. But only the two had so much replay and commentary on the tube. Real students of the game knows that penalties could be called on every play. It is very fast and furious out there, bodies flying around, shouting, swearing, groans and such. It is amazing to me that officials get so many, all most all decisions right. You do not know until you have tried it.

OU got robbed again, the ref was blind or bribed. I would throw in a ton of curse words but yahoo won't let me. This happened before in the Red River match VS Texas. Lose one game in College and you might as well throw in the towell for the rest of the season. I could keep going off but there is no point.

If the University of Oregon can hold their head up as the victors of this game then I know they do not teach ethics in Oregon, if it takes cheating to win a game or the game is rigged why even botehr playing!!!!! Oregon need to fess up and apologize for its corrupt officials or just go on cheating to get ahead!

Well didn't see the game but saw those blown calls on the Onside Kick and the Pass Int. and that was BS.

The referees did not screw up the onside kickoff call, the guys upstairs looking at the replays screwed up.

refs and umps make bad calls in many many games,coachs are given a chance to challenge one call per game,so why didnt they,could it have made the outcome different or not who knows there was no challenge made
