i am 14 and im a girl. i have a friend that im not sure if i like her, or just like her as a friend. yes, she is a girl and im not proud of myself for saying that.we've known eachother since we were little. i dont know why but she seems more appealing to me than my other friends. i think of her almost every single day.>_< not any nasty thoughts though. i just feel good when i see her laugh even if i humiliated myself infront of a million people.she is pretty popular too. She has a best best best friend which is also a regular friend of mine. she makes me feel jealous when they are together whenever i see her, there is this weird feeling i hav like the feeling of excitement. but i dont think she has the same feeling when she sees me. she just think of me as a friend. but i feel that we are just more than friends but i dont want to freak her out by saying i like her. i just wanna see if i truly like her or i just like her as a friend.

are you lesbian or bisexual? if not, I think that she is just your best friend and you now know that she is your best friend. If you do have actual love feelings for her, start talking about gay relationships and stuff like that and see what she thinks. Then mention you think that your ______ (cousin, friends, etc.) is gay, and you want to check to see if she is or not and see if she likes the idea. However, you might just be realizing that she is your best friend for life. Possibly your feeling like a sisterhood.

Your only 14, its your hormoans, yes you like this girl but dont go rushing into things like saying love!, your 14 you proberly dont even no the meaning of the word, yes you feel very close to this girl & want to be good friends, but please dont rush into things that you might regret!. Most girls have this when there at your age [not all girls but most girls] dont worry its not just you!. Tell this girl that you really like her and want to become good good friends then see what she says, but dont say anything about love in a love way, you might scare the poor girl. If u were to say to her that u like her automatically she will think ur a lesbian. U can't do that and ruin ur friendship. I think that she is a good friend. Respect her! Those feelings are of sisterhood. U know how u can express ur feelings by having conversations like how was ur weekend, how are u, etc. Also consider ur sexuality if ur a lesbian or not. Don't ruin ur friendship with her by telling he how u feel! Learn to control ur self!

Sounds like you are as they call it... "Curious" If you kissed her how would you think you would feel? Maybe you are just really good friends and you admire her as a sort of role model? or Idol?
But if you do have thoughts of more then it maybe that you are just curious and until you do something like kiss her you probably won't know for sure if you are bi or lesbian

Maybe your bond towards her is more sisterish.....but there is no need in telling her how u feel so just move on dont kill your self over some one who just wont give you back what you would like in return.
