Always makes one for heavy days and it has also put a cleansing cloth with it to help you feel fresher until you can take a shower. A great idea.

I work for a Medical Supply company, and we here have special Incontinence pads for the elderly people that have urinary & bowel problems. they usually do the job-well at least when I'm at work. Other than that I use Kotex Overnight (I use two; front and back)
