I have very heavy periods. I use Always Flexi-Wings, Long Super - Heavy. The are a little like wearing a diaper, but seem to work best for me.

Stayfree Dry Max! They are really thin (not the big, bulky kind) and absorb really well, as well as being comfortably dry!

get the always over nite longs. they come in different sizes like thin, extra long, etc. they work wonderfull!
