So i work with him about once a week, if i'm lucky maybe even more. I really like him and i've heard that he likes me. I also see it in his friends. But i have no problem saying hi and stuff to him in skool and neither does he. I'm not the type that would ask him out, so what do i do. What could be ways for him to notice me? I try to get shifts with him at work but its a little difficult. WHAT DO I DO?

and_so has a point, if you really like your job, a relationship would complicate things. On the other hand if you really like him go for him! I've never been a person to stand between love! Engage him in conversation that is longer than a minute. Do that a few times and if doesn't get the hint, you're just gonna have to do the asking yourself! If you're not that type of person and he isn't either you may need to resort to asking your friends or his friends to help out!

DON'T DO IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Work romances RARELY work out. When they do not work out it is awkward afterwards. Not to mention if he's angry with you for breaking up with him or visa versa things can get nasty. One of you would probably have to quit working there. If you still want to take the chance, give his friends your number and tell him to call you. If you are too shy for that, then dress a little more provactivly NOT slutty, but things that hug you in the right places. Show off your best attributes. Wear that subtle perfume. Smile at him and let him know you are approachable. Touch his hand when he talks to you. Watch girls you admire to see how they are flirty and copy it. :-)

Keep being friendly with him but don't make it too obvious. Ask him about his hobbies and things he likes to do. Ask him what kind of music he likes or tv shows. Such as, "Do you like Panic at the Disco?" for example. When you feel you have become better friends, ask him if he wants to go hang out with you and your friends sometime. That way it's not really like asking him for a date just some casual hang out time.

When your shift is over ask him if he wants to grab asomething to eat, a coffee, etc...
It's a very casual way to let him know you are interested without coming on too strong.

Believe it or not, men like a direct approach. Just ask him if he'd like to go get a cup of coffee or go get something to eat. He'll get the idea.
