my husband was filing papers for me to get to the US now he wants a divorce what should i do?

we got married so that I could get a permanent visa to be with my american husband in the US now he says he wants a no-fault divorce is there anything i can do outside of the US regarding this issue

Refuse to divorce him til you get your papers.No one can make you sign.

KEEP ON REFUSING TO DIVORCE HIM, UNTILL YOUR PAPERS COME THROUGH THEN TELL HIM TO GET LOST
