No, it is available by prescription only...
Consider the Nuva-Ring though, it is much better.
Instead of changing the patch every week you insert a vaginal ring once a month and forget about it...it is the best. I've been on the pill and patch and this beats them all...and has the lowest doses of hormones out of all of them so it has the least side effects.

If you see one on an arm in a crowded train and it is still within reach when your stop comes up you might reach over and rip it off and run out of the door at your station. Purse snatchers seem to do stuff like that all the time although they have money not contraception in mind.

No you will need to see a Gynecologist of your choice . If you are 15 years old you can get the pill without your parents consent.

They are prescribed by dosage...based on many things, your age, weight and overall health.

Too much estrogen can be very, very dangerous. Please don't use one unless you have a prescription from a doctor.
