If you respect your body, YES!!!! You are the one who gets pregnant or contracts a disease. Any man who REALLY likes you will understand that. If he doesn't, tell him "If it ain't on, it ain't in!!"

If a female believes that she will be having sex with either a stranger or someone that she doesn't know that well then yes by all means she should carry condoms as a precaution.
After all,it could be that the female picked up a man in a pub etc. who wasn't expecting to "pull" and thus hadn't put a condom in his wallet.

Absabloodylutely, they should carry aswell as males.
Especially with a remark you made,( when they don't but end up doing stuff anyway? ),It is called back-up,and how on earth is it that you do it anyway instead of turning him down,he wont forget them next time if you did refuse unless they put them on.
You woman have to start being strong and putting men in place to where you want them, instead of backing down and letting them crawl/slither/sweat all over you.
It sure is not the way to get nor keep a man, because once they get what they want, they are gone until they want to use you again and again and again.
£1 per condom or umteen ££££££`s per week for the rest of his life in maitenance.Get them to decide.

This shows how the typical woman is spoiled...(they always expect the man to be up to date, when in reality not all men are responsible and they're just as spoiled. It's a smart thing for the woman to carry it around. Of course check for the expiration date, and make sure not to leave them out of room temperature. A smart woman knows what she's doing and she knows that you can't depend on a man for everything...((that's if he is a man)). No one should have expectations from anyone...A woman carrying a condom around certainly shows how this era is changing...I Love this question...Most of the questions i've read have showed how the woman is becoming less and less dependant of the man in every aspect. KUDOS!!

Obviously women should carry condoms. Everyone needs to take responsibility for their own health and not rely on someone else. Hello, you can die from some STDs.

Any guy I sleep with knows ahead of time that they must come with condoms if they expect anything to happen. They never show up without them. Dont do "stuff" if they dont have it and they will never forget to bring it. You have to stick by your guns when it comes to condoms. Is it worth having herpes for the rest of your life to have a little fun ? And why have the guys bring it ? So I dont have to pay for them silly....lol

All women should carry condoms with them. It is just as much your responsibility to be prepared for safe sex as it is for the male.

I think it's better that women carry them than men. Men carry them in their wallet and there's chance of damage which lead to less protection. Women need to start taking control and bringing back up. There is nothing to be ashamed of in that matter.

why not this is the 2000 yr here, and I carry condoms, cause you never know when you gonna meet someone and need a little flig, nothing wrong with females buying them, my bf now asks me to go buy them cause he is to insecure to go get them himself, what I do is I buy my tampons and a box of condoms, and I do not care who sees me I want to make sure were both safe, and if ppl have an issue with it they can deal with it, at least I know I am clean here.
