The Law of Probability. Mr. Irwin has a very dangerous job and he took a lot of risks. It is bound to happen sooner or later. It's just tragic that he was at the wrong place at the wrong time... CRICKEY!!!

A stingrays barb to the heart. The barb has some kind of poison that stops your blood from circulating. This went into his heart so thats why he died so fast. Any other part of the body he woud have had much more time.

swam over a sting ray and the barb of it hit his heart killing him instantly its reported to be just a accident and the string ray was attacking steve just swam right into the barb

it was a stingray in the heart and when he took it out it made him bleed to death and caused it to be a faster death...he had the film still rolling...i cant wait to see the footage
