Lead up to the kiss with and engaging conversation. If you know that he loves basketball and you happen to know a little about this topic, then start talking about it. Just to warm him up and get him in a good mood. To make the kiss romantic ask him to walk you home (if you don't want your parents to catch you make sure they're out) then stop outside of your door, and give him a signal as you say good bye so he'll be ready. Lean forward and give a kiss (this would be better for a french kiss than a regular kiss). Also just in case carry breath mints, a major turn-off for guys is bad breath. Especially if it's a regular kiss!!!

Here's what you do:
1.) Grab him.
2.) Slam him against the wall.
3.) Kiss him like there's no tomorrow!!!
Lol, just kidding. My advice to you? He probably wants YOU to make the first move, so before you depart or something and you want a kiss good-bye, hold his hand, stare into his eyes, and smile. He should get the clue. If he doesn't, all you have to do is follow my first step of advice (the slamming against the wall thing). Good luck!

Just kidding. Ok, here's what you could do. Look him into his eyes deeply and ask him if there is something wrong. As soon as he opens his mouth to say he's fine or whatever, kiss him. Make it gentle and not to long. Just long enough for him to realize you're kissing him. Make it at least 5 seconds. If he kisses back, GREAT! If he doesn't, either he's too surprized or nervous. If he pulls away...hmm...ohoh..

Does he ever compliment you? Next time he does, smile and sweetly tell him, "You must kiss me." Read his body language. If he's so shy that your invitation doesn't give him a clue, just step in and kiss him gently. If he wants more, you will know it.

Best way to find out if someone wants to kiss you is to lean in really close and wait to see if they move towards you. Obviously you can't just put your face there for no reason so "whisper something". Always a good excuse. Give it a shot and if he doesn't move in closer whisper, "You have a booger."
