I have received an award letter from a company named Global Capital Management Inc is this for real?

This Company Says that it works with Publishers' Clearing House and that I won $ 96,000.00 and sent me a check for the amount to cover all taxes and fees and after I pay that I will receive the remaining amount. Is this for real?

This sounds like a scam. Suggest you contact the US postal service.

Of course it is not real.
