The human intelligence demographic states that while most women cluster around the median IQ, men deviate more to the extremes. There are a lot more stupid men around than women, but there are a lot more smarter ones around as well. The great majority of women are not smart at all.

Let's not generalize. Some men are, some aren't. Some women are smarter than some men, some men are smarter than some women. If you want a broad, general, shallow answer watch television..

It's not even a myth, the fact is women are smarter than men.
Men can't multitask, they tend not to listen a lot, they think they can fix things that they can't...and the list goes on and on.

it's a myth. even the most common exams used to evaluate intelligence are not accurate. according to a study by an SAT branch, the SAT is used to measure the intelligence of an individual. On average, men perform better but when the participants go on to college, it is women who perform better.

Lots of men are smarter than me. And, I am smarter than a lot of men! However, I have never heard of a guy with our 'intuition'!

According to a class I took in Human Abilities (meaning intelligence) men tend to have higher spatial-mathematical intelligence than women (the ability to play chess, do engineering or draw fall into this category) whereas women have higher verbal intelligence than men.

On average, IQs of the genders are very similar, except in the White House (George W Bush - lowest ever IQ for a US president - shouldn't surprise you...)
Highest IQ recorded was by a woman, but most relevant of all is when different types of intelligence are monitored, that's where you find the striking differences...

I doubt it, according to "Test the Nation" men had a higher IQ on average, but seeing as all the average IQs came out at about 110 on that it doesn't seem too reliable anyway. Maybe men are better at IQ tests, but not necessarily cleverer overall? I would think they are the same.
