My daughter & I remember this one line from a cartoon. It's at the very end before it fades out.
The line is, "Hmmm, could be"; spoken in a very high-pitched, kinda sarcastic voice.
I can't even remember who the characters were, just that line, and it's bugging us to no end.
You help will be greatly appreciated.

I'm not sure but I think it's from the Bugs Bunny cartoon with the gremlin - the one where he is trying to stop him from sabotaging the airplane. That is the cartoon that comes to mind, anyway. Hope I was right and it helps.

It was a Looney Tunes cartoon, I know that. I think Bugs Bunny was in it. That's all I can remember. Sorry, dude.

Thundercats! Pumyra -a later addition, this different grownup woman Thundercat is relating to a similar length as Cheetara. She has brown hair that hangs down in 2 pigtails, with a white stripe down her hair and on the coaching of the pigtails. She has easy beige pores and skin, a eco-friendly choker and armband and a generally bown short gown with tall pink boots.

The closest thing I can think of is Jack Skellington from the Nightmare before Christmas saying "ChristmasTown? Hmm...." at the end of 'What's This'. Sorry I can't be more helpful.
