Anyone have any legitimate, good ideas how I can make some money off of these items , they are all in very good shape. A lot are in plastic covering. I looked at Ebay , they do not seem to be going for much more than small change on that site.

They have never been worth much. If they had someone famous you might get something a little extra for the one issue.

try a flea market. a lot of people from outside the area usually come into flea markets and trader posts to drop down a lot of cash. i know here in east texas in a town called canton there is thing called First Monday. people come from all over the world the first weekend of every month and drop a lot of money on just about whatever. look into the newspapers or go to the library and see who collects vintage magazines.

best bet is online auctions. don't expect lots of money from them at all. you'll probably make a little more than what you paid for them and that's about it. the celebrity ones are generally the best sellers and can fetch the highest price. just really need a willing buyer or an avid collector. could put stuff on cragilist too and see if you get any snags.

well the problem is that they really aren't worth that much that's why they are not going for much so about the only way you may be able to get ppl to pay more than they're worth is to 1. go to a store that sells that type of thing and get them to put them up on consignment 2. a local auction house may be able to move them 3. put them on eBay but with a reserve....i don't understand though why do you think they are worth more than what other ppl are getting for theres....i mean i have a copy of the very last interview Marylin Monroe gave but i want more than its going for so you know what i did i hung onto it in case i can get more later cause its only worth what ppl are paying for it today not what you think it should be worth.

I would say EBay, but I don't think they will allow it. So I'd try...

I did a quick search and they DO allow Playboy.
