I took a pregnancy test a few days ago because I started to get worried, I usually start sometime between the 15th and the 18th, the pregnancy test was positive. I have cramps and I'm bloated. Are these signs of pregnancy?

If the pregnancy test was positive, you are pregnant. Pregnancy tests measure a hormone that your body creates when you are pregnant. Cramps and a bloated feeling are completely normal signs of pregnancy. Both are caused by your uterus stretching out and getting ready to grow a baby.

Congratulations (I hope)!
