shave the sides and bleach them white, put it in a purple mohawk and put a bow on top!

Here's your chance to be her Knight in shining armor.
Take her to a salon and have them do something nice to it.
She will be surprised you didn't choose to mess her up and will most likely/hopefully be grateful for the rest of her life. Besides, who better to give you dating tips than a grateful OLDER sister. She might even be able to talk that cute girl you've been admiring into dating you!!!!

It depends on how much you hate her. Does she make your life a living hell then do the above. Does she stick up for you and love you deep down? If so, then do you want her to suffer at school and have people point and laugh at her? Will you damage the sister/brother relationship forever? Family is forever.Remember that.

It depends on how long you want her to suffer. Bleaching hurts while you're doing it and dye it gives her social humiliation. I'd say choose the dye, maybe the color blue or pink. Or vomit green!

Don't be mean to your sister, by cutting or damage her hair. Just dye it blue and make her wear it for a day or two.
