What is the code for when you want to make the font bigger like in your about me section or just to leave a comment?

this is bigger

size can be 1-6 and 3 is the default size.

it should have two carats like such: [font you want] but it should be found somewhere in the layout or background. just peruse the code. HTML is actually pretty straightfoward and i figured it out myself. am i making sense? sorry. hope you get it worked out.
