I love St. Louis. They are not quite the powerhouse they were the last few years. Jim Edmonds is hurt and getting older, the pitching generally sucks with the exception of Carpenter and the team has to rely on Pujols way too much.

OAKLAND! You gotta love a team like Oakland that picks up so much new talent fresh off their farm teams, rather than just buying the old talent with a fat check. I'm a little biased, however, because I'm from Oakland originally.

My team, the Yankees, is definitely making the playoffs
so I don't need to root for anyone else.
But in the off-chance they didn't make it,
I'd be all Dodger Blue since I'm from Cali!

i like what that lou guy said except i think the white sox will pull ahead in the wild card in the end after they sweep detroit in this series and then i think theyll go deep in the playoffs
