What's the best time to schedule a drive test? i'm currently schedule at 9AM on a thursday. anyone think i should change it to a different time? Is that when there's not so much traffic?

I think it would be a good time at 9 o'clock am.You already have the worst traffic behind .My test was in the morning and went well !

Yes, on a sunny day becuase you don't have to worry about lights, windsheild wipers, driving too slow on a rainy day and so on.

This depends on where you live. But, this time sounds good to me because you avoid rush hour and you should be fresh, alert and ready to go.
