all the cytoplasm and other substances in the plasma membrane leaked out due to damage of the membrane?

If the plasmamembrane become fully permeable, then there would be free movement of ions, disrupting the charge balance of the body. If it were to happen at once throughout the body, you could not feel anything because an electron potential is required for nerve cells.

I'm not sure you would die straight away though...there would certainly be a lot of tissue narcrosis, but i would imagine that it would be a gradual death.

Infact, i was wrong. You die very quickly. The heart requires an electronic pulse that is made using a concentration gradient of sodium and potassium, which would be lost....therefore no heart beats, therefore death will follow shortly.

This is called plasmolysis.

The person will obviously die of starvation, dehydration and lack of energy.
