welll nteresting question,, being a good lover involves knowing what your partner likes and oesnt like,, being in some way attuned to them,, its true tho any man of any race can be great lovers

my dad told me to never date a mexican or any other latino cause I am a poor excuse for a mexican, I dont know my place so it would not be in my best interest to date someone from a culture that has strong traditional values and that I would make a better husband as far as being the breadwinner and head person in charge than a domesticated wife, so I have no idea but I know that is cannot be true based on the fact that stereotypes are false and that individuals of latin descent may be good lovers indeed however there is no special dna or rna material that predisposes any race to be genetically superior in sexual preformance

But there is a down side to being wonderful
lovers they also get alot of woman
and tend to know it

Its only a myth. "Latin" men are not better or worse than other men that belong to different ethnic groups.

Some men are really good lovers whatever their ethnic group, and some are not. It depends on the person.
As for Latin, do you mean dead Romans? In that case I would say no, because they are dead.
