When ever I go onto a differnet internet website a box comes up saying that a runtime error has occured.?

What I wish to know is what this actually means and then how I can stop it from comeing up because it is really anoying

First, go to your computer mfgr website and download all the newest drivers and updates. This is important.

First install a browser called Firefox from the following website. It works just like Internet Explorer.

Uninstall Internet explorer. Then download & install IE again through the Firefox you installed from the following site.

http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/default.mspx

You can keep firefox on there, or uninstall it once IE is working.
