Okay forget these news polls that give us a yes or no answer. Based on all that has happened in six years, would you vote a Democrat or Republican in the White House in 2008? Do you feel that this country has improved? Please defend both answers.

I'll probably be voting a Split ticket. I plan on voting for those Who Oppose Illegal Immigration the Most. I feel America is at a crossroad and decisions made in the very near future will decide if America Moves forward or falls back. Currently I don't see either party doing much for America. All I see from Both parties is kissing Illegals @sses attempting to give Amnesty Hoping for there future votes. Which tells me they have NO PROBLEM selling America out in hopes of benefiting there own political party. It truly Sucks. We need a Strong third party candidate to send those we currently have in DC a message.

Independent, voting republican. Still waiting for Democrats to find someone with a brain. Not sure country has improved, but at least we haven't lost 3,000 innocent civilians in the last 5 years. I believe they were innocent despite what the liberal Ward Churchill teaches.

Will have to wait and see whom the parties put up. If the Dems actually get the better person then I will vote for them. Last time I voted for Bush, but voted for a Dem for Senator and Congressman.

Iraq, Katrina, and the failure to implement the 9/11 commission recommendations are the reasons I will vote Republicans out of office this November. They seem unable to govern.

To the person above me, there have been hundreds of terrorists attacks in the last 6 years.

I will vote for the best candidate, not necessarily a party. It would most likely be someone with the courage and intensity to correct the damage that Bush has done to our country. Someone with better MORALS than Georgie Boy.

It depends on who it is. All I know right now is who I will not vote for. I will not Vote for McCain, Clinton, Gore, or Kerry. I think the country as actually done very well with all the challenges it has faced and we have not even been put out one bit. Not bad....not bad at all.

I voted for Bush first time too, and I feel BETRAYED, so unless the Democrats come up with a real looser candidate, I'll go Dem.

Republican. I base this on the platform. Do I feel this country has improved? Well, kinda. We're always making headway in some field of science, technology etc. However, the world is changing.
