i went to an electrical shop for a refund. He gave me a refund, and called me at home.He phoned to ask if i had solved my "problem "and when i asked why he put the phone down very quickly, saying he would call me back, but i was on the phone to my mum straight after because she called me. Do YOU THINK THIS WAS GREAT AFTER SALES even though i never actually bought anything?

Sounds like he may be a little bashful and lost his nerve. If your interested, go back to "look" for a light fixture or something. See what happens!

Sounds like he is interested. Be aware of the fact he hung up quickly though...

That is strange, does sound like he was either in a hurry or embarassed. If you like him maybe you should invent a new problem and get back there;)
