I'm 15 5'7 158,I bench 120?

you should be able to lift your own body weight. at the least. aim higher.

First do not over exert yourself. I have seen a pec pop and it isn't pretty, they roll up like a pull down blind when you let them go. At 5'7 158 if you are just starting to lift 120 is actually pretty good. If you work your major muscle groups once a week without doing anything dumb (supplements, over exertion) you could be up to your body weight by summer time easily. Make sure you talk with your doctor first and make sure you can handle your regimen. At your size I am guessing you are a lineman/linebacker don't believe the hype around bench. Your legs are a more important tool when drive blocking/tackling. Don't ignore squats and the hip sled.

Totally depends on your build but your body weight is a good target, just remember at your age to not over do it. If you over tighten muscles it can limit your growth as long as you stay all natural you should be okay.

120 is fine, im 15 i bench 150, im 6'0" and im 145

at your age I remember my coaches always saying you should be able to bench your weight
