The gauges stop working all of them even the odometer the locks wont work the windows do stereo work every thing works but the gauges odometer power locks and the wipers and the car does start

You have fuses blown, Bad relays, Or screwed up wires. Check the fuses first. Both the ones inside the car in your fuse panel box or the fuse/relay control center box under the hood.. Fuses should be checked with a test light. The relays can somtimes be checked by swapping one with one of the others. The worse case senario would be the computer.

Check the fuses and make sure any of them hasn't blow. If that doesn't do the job you will have to carry it to a shop and then they will have to pull the dash off and check the wires, etc...
