I don't believe in exercise. I think it's boring.

I am generally against excises of any sort but realize that we must have them in order to survive as a society. My main criticism of them is that they often appear surreptitiously in a bill or payment rather than open and above-board as I believe they should.
Paying such taxes is always onerous, but I hardly think it does more to us than make us a bit poorer.

I like to exercise because of the rewards: good health, helps one work through emotional, mental and spiritual aspects of problems. It helps me build discipline. I enjoy the social aspects in groups. It helps me avoid isolation.
