Top 16-year-old hitters could hit a baseball over 325 feet with fast pitching (85 mph or more) to help.

Depends mainly on leg strength, bat speed, and pitch speed. At 15, I took one between 325 and 350 off a 70 mph fastball using an Easton Hammer. But I was also lifting weights for football at the time, and I regularly took 60 mph pitches to the fence, which was like 300-310 feet away in our league. Don't worry about how far you're hitting it, though. Just make sure your swing is natural and whatever power you're supposed to have, you'll have. Overswinging does nothing to help power, and actually decreases it because it puts a hitch into your swing.

Depends on the speed of the pitches, size of the player, whether aluminum or wood bats are being used, etc.
Back when Cecil Fielder played for the Tigers, his 12 year old son, Prince (now with Milwaukee), took batting practice with the team on at least one occasion, and put balls into the upper deck of old Tiger Stadium.
Obviously, that's uncommon power.
