Men aren't allowed to challenge for the Womens Championship so why was a woman no matter how big and muscley was allowed to win a men's championship?

BTW I know that Harvey Wippleman became Womens Champion but at least he pretended to be a woman.

Because a man has a physical advantage over a women in a womens title match, and because it isnt called the Mens Intercontinental Title, or the Mens World Championship, so it means that anyone can challenge for it.

Why not. You just mentioned that a man won the women's championship (regardless on if he was pretending to be a woman or not, he was a man). So turn around is fair play no? And does the Intercontinental belt state is for men only?

Definitely. I'd love to see more women like Chyna taking on and beating the men in WWE.

it's not titled "Men's Intercontinental Championship" so I basically don't see the problem.
