I don't want to hear from people who are going to say it's all hocus pocus....I want to hear from people who have tried this product or anything similar...I just ordered 3 time use package and I'm feeling a bit nervous about it.

It took a bit to find it, but the ingredients in this product are psyllium hulls, flavoring, and stevia (a natural sweetener). Unfortunately, you could have gotten psyllium at your local health food store a lot cheaper and in capsule form. Yes, it will work to cleanse the colon. If you want to lessen the "blow" part, you can just take one teaspoon a day and eat a lighter diet. The psyllium will be less dramatic than taking an equal amount of cascara sagrada, for example.

The next time you'd like to try a cleanse, I would recommend that you check at your local health food store. They will be able to suggest products that will cleanse the whole body (Renew has a good one), and do it very gently.

My bf and I did a "colonblow" weekend. The worst part for us was not eating for 24 hours. The drink doesn't taste too bad and is really thick. You'll feel full after drinking it. We didn't have any cramping, just kind of a "bloated" feeling. He pooped more than I did, and it happened faster for him.
Drink LOTS of water or juice. And stay close to a bathroom, cause when you get the urge to go, it will be like "I need to go NOW!" Good luck! We'd do it again.

Your body maintains an equilibrium called Homeostasis, unless this gets way out of balance you maintain regularity for your body in all areas, when you introduce such things as colon cleansing this homeostasis is upset tremendously, it takes days sometimes to bring it back into homeostatic compliance, in addition, it depletes the body of many needed electrolytes, the colon itself is not the holder of toxins it is simply one long tube whose main function is digestion, and excretion only.
