i had sex 3 days after my period ended.. i recently got a yeast infection.. does that affect whether or not sperm can live in me till i ovulate?

No, but sperm doesn't have an unlimited shelf life inside there, so maybe you should break down and have sex again, and again, and again. Even if you don't become preggers this time remember, practice makes perfect!

an infection will cause problems, but sperm can only live in your body for 4-5 days anyway. Here is a site to read:
