First make sure you don't have a condition called Melasma, it is brown or dark patches on the face and is caused by a hormone imbalance and menopause. If you don't have Melasma, then use a fade cream that contains a bleaching agent and be patient, this method takes a long time. Also, always wear a strong SPF sunblock to prevent darkening of the brown spots/ patches. Go to the dermatologist to get info.
