I'd like to answer this question, by first saying, over there in europe and the rest of the world, the best game in the world, would more than likely be Soccer or as you and the rest of the world may respond to it as foot ball.

But her in American, we have a multitude of sports to which we enjoy. We enjoy soccer, but its not one of our greatest past times, however we do enjoy the sport.

Soccer to us, or shall I say to me and I'm sure a lot of Americans would agree that soccer, is a fasinating game, but its a game, to which the player kick a ball up and down the field, with hopes that someone makes a goal. this can take hours There is no real substance in that. All the fancy foot work is nothing unless he scores. If he does not score, the fans go wild and people are sometimes killed at these sporting events, all because the player didn't score a goal. We see this on the news and think, this is crazy, the love of a game is not worth killing or being killed.

As I stated earlier, We Americans have a multitude of sport to which we enjoy. We are very competitive people and we enjoy a good challenge, provided we have an interest in the game.

The only reason to which we got into the soccer thing, is that the rest of the world was saying that we could not do it. But if you look back, not so long ago when we came on the seen with our soccer team, we did better than good, we were great. we surprised the europeans and the rest of the world. This was only to show that we can play this sport (Soccer) and we are good at what we do.

The past time sport of most Americans is: Base Ball, Foot Ball, Basket Ball, Hockey and even track and Field Events, not to leave out the in door sports. We welcome all types and levels of sports compotitions, its just that we don't care much for soccer.

As for what americans concider to be the best game in the world, I'd have to tell you for sure, its not soccer and soccer more than likely would be at the bottom on the third page of three pages. It does not sell here and we do teach and learn the game in our schools, its just not what the people want.

We say to the other countries, meet us on the foot ball field or the base base field.

The Japanese has even taken a liking to Base Ball, Volley Ball and even some track and field events and they are very good and getting even better, So when would the europeans introduce their Base Ball Team or even a Foot Ball team. The British are into it, I guess now you would say, they don't count.

Your love for where goes on in your country is not going to change what we do here. You are here because you no longer wanted to be there and now you have the taste of the good life you fail to understand that, as Americans, we are a multitude of people and as that we say, "all for one and one for all" so, we like it as it is and we are not gonna give soccer an elevation to where you want to see it

Well, in the rest of the world, it's without a doubt, soccer (futbol). In the US the most WATCHED sport (both in terms of attendance at the event and watching on television) is American football (NFL). In terms of actual attendance at the event itself, it's professional auto racing (NASCAR).

The answer to both questions is Football

Football is America's favorite game, and Football is the rest of the world's favorite sport. Of course one man's football is another man's soccer. ;)
