You need ideally to clean boot your pc from a virus boot CD if you can get access to one. Sophos.com has an emergency repair file, but you will need to make a bootable CD-Rom to use it.
Make a note of the trojans and viruses and see if there are any automatic removal tools you can use to start the cleaning process.

There are some links provided below that might help you make a start, but when creating the disk make sure you have the latest IDES extracted and these need to be copied to the CD too.

Let me know how you get on as I can be of more help should you need it. But importantly, establish the viruses causing the woe and if you can gain access to sites read the removal instructions.

Try McAffee as well as they might have their own removal tools for the viruses you have encountered.

What OS are you using?

I hope this gets you started

zoneAlarm internet security suite

comes with a 15year license

If that doesnt work then you will have to do this.

have had the same problem. So i know what you are going through, so this is what you must do. Go to this website http://www.iolo.com/sm/
Then download System Mechanic professional 6. After you have installed it run drivescrubber2. After that is done restart the pc. You have fixed your problem. The problem was a error buffer over flow that needs to be fixed right away. And this program will fix it like nothing was ever there. You are done and your pc is like brand new and nothing was ever there. That will solve the problem.

If that doesnt work you will have to take a hammer and beat it to an inch of its life and make it beg for your forgivness. After that beat it a few more times then set it back up and restart it. That should do the trick.

this sure doesn't sound like a new computer. I would take it back if it were me. New computers come with various "viruses" (aka spyware) installed at the manufacturer if you can believe it.
