Don't focus on getting rich quick, instead focus on getting rich. My recommendation would be to invest in several dividend paying stocks and then DRIP those stocks back so you'll buy more shares. Given time, those shares will build to be big money.
Also make sure you are donating on a regular basis to a 401k or to an IRA. I would invest the money from these accounts into some mutual funds. I like most of Fidelity's mutual funds. Vanguard is pretty good too.
If you invest regularly and are patient, the money will grow to a sizeable sum. Getting rich quick is a pipe-dream.

Basically, it's either lottery, marriage or inheritance. An insurance payout or winning a lawsuit with punitive damages could help, too.
