Your fears are a result of conditioned response from early childhood to present. What compounds the situation is the imagination running rampant and creating a worse case scenario of events that should not be feared at all.
Nothing is ever as bad as conceived in ones imagination and as the saying goes, there is nothing to fear but fear itself.
Be fearless, be brave, be tall, and face it all, and you will triumph in the end . . . . . . .and you will always win.

I scare myself by watching horror films, then I hear noises and can't get to sleep and don't like to be in a house by myself. I think these things can happen in real life sometimes. Last night was the first time I saw Texas Chainsaw Massacre, needless to say, I turned on every lightswitch that I could find. Other fears are real like spiders and heights, I have reason to be afraid of those.

Well, I've had a fear of the dark since my sister scared the mess out of me when I was 6, and I'm 41 now.

My fears are a reality of all the people in my past,who hurt me.For we learn by example,if someone rejects your love when your young,its inevitable that it will happen again.
For history repeats itself,time and time again~~~

I am afraid of everyone and everything.
These fears are founded.
Anyone and/or anything could cause me harm.....so i may as well just give them the benefit of the doubt and pre-fear them.
Surely you can see the logic of my strategy.....?

I WISH THEY WERE A fabrication I JUST HATE SPIDERS I USED 2 GET CHACE WITH THEM WHEN I WAS LITTLE SO I DONT LIKE THEM EVER AGAIN

some are founded, others are pure imagination, but most are a mix (and those are the most difficult to face)...

half and half i guess... some of them are just based on past experiences though i know that's not fair because each situation is unique in its own way
