Keeping your face clean is a good start. Wash your face (or other affected skin) gently once or twice a day. Moisturize…twice a day to help keep your skin hydrated.after you wash your face. Squeezing pimples, which often leads to infections, worse acne, and scars. eep your hands and hair away from your face. It will help avoid the spread of oil, dirt and bacteria. Make sure to change your pillowcase every few days since dirt and oil can settle on it when you sleep. Keep your telephone handset clean to avoid spreading excess bacteria on your skin. If you use makeup, make sure to keep your brushes, sponges and applicators clean for the same reasons as above.
Drink lots of water helps with any kind of skin problems.Doing some excerise helps skin healthly ..sweating out toxins that clogs pores. You could make a banana mask just by mashing the banana and put it on your face let it sit for about 5-10 minutes rise with warm water. Or you can try an unusual method of treating acne like the ice cube method..just as you feel a pimple forming you take an ice cube, wrap it in saran wrap and place it on the skin portion where you feel a pimple about to form..just hold it for about 2-3 minutes it helps reduce any redness. Also try not to aggravate your skin too much some people with sensitive skin do get pimples. Use lemon juice only on your pimples..lemon juice on senstive skin is a no no...you might want to try to use a test area. Toothpaste is a good cure all for pimples just apply with a q-tip directly on your pimple this is a good over night method. I should mention do not try to rub your skin too much with a lot of junk you might be doing more damage than you might realize.
Chocolate does not cause pimples! In fact, there is no proof that chocolate, pizza or other greasy foods cause breakouts. You should keep in mind that maintaining a healthy diet will help keep your skin looking and feeling its best, since your skin reflects how you treat your body. Be sure to eat right, take your vitamins, exercise and drink plenty of water each day.
Once you have the cash something like Clean & Clear is good for acne you can find it at any drugstore.

A simple process that revitalizes your skin and improves your overall appearance only takes a few minutes to complete, so why not try this one? You won’t regret it.
1. Start out by moistening and warming up 2 face towels in the microwave. They shouldn't be hot, but they should definitely be warm to the touch. Set them aside.
2. Splash some warm water on your face and massage a small amount of liquid skin cleanser into your face and neck in easy, small circles. This will get rid of the top layer of grime and buildup and get your face ready for the next step in cleaning. Rinse the cleanser completely away with warm water.
3. Apply a thin layer of an exfoliation product to your skin. A face scrub containing Glycolic and Salicylic Acids is ideal for deep cleaning skin and follicles. Lay one of the warm towels over your face and take a seat for five minutes. This will open up pores and allow the scrub to really get in there and do its job. Now, take the towel off and gently rub for a few minutes more to complete the exfoliation process. If necessary, reapply scrub if too much has already been washed away. Rinse with warm water.
4. Take the other towel and place it over your eyes for a few minutes to reduce puffiness and redness.
5. Remove the towel, and finish up your Deep Cleaning by applying an alcohol-free toner or aftershave lotion on your face and neck, then massaging an oil-free moisturizer in afterwards.

one reason why you get pimples, is from your body giving out not clean sweat, or whatever you want to call it. Like soda, its not as fresh as water. Or chocolate. Try cutting out some sugar, try what everyone else says, and Ive also heard that toothpaste helps, with killing the germs also. Wash your face plenty, but not too much.

dab toothpaste on them and keep it on at night(make sure it's a paste not gel) wash them off in morning and use Yellow powder to cover the pimple(beware though, 90% of the make up powder out there is pink)

Drink plenty of water, it is not a sure proof way not to get them but it helps them to not be as severe and clear up faster.

Peroxide, it kills the bacteria. However if you dont have that and that would mean you have to go buy it. I guess you could try good old soap, i hope you have that.
